What we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented self-starter who is highly organised and enjoys connecting with people. You will be working closely with the founding team to help manage research volunteers’ experiences at our research facilities.
Due to the customer-facing role, you would be expected to work 5 days a week, in person.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting participants at our private office and make them feel at ease, and aware of the research process
- Managing consent and NDA forms
- Monitoring our customer service inbox and Responsible for responding to all customer queries. This may include but is not limited to: rescheduling or confirming appointments, responding to size or fitting related queries and/or directing to the relevant team member for advice on our response, responding to compliments or requests from external contacts or customers in a timely manner.
