Dorm is currently looking for a product leader reporting into the Founder in charge of product direction.
Dorm is a London-based tech startup, pioneering a new way to learn by enabling students to get work experiences directly from world’s top creators, entrepreneurs and influencers.
We've just completed a large funding round with top UK and US based VCs and are now looking to bring a top notch product lead on board to strengthen our founding team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who is an infinite learner, and is raring for the challenge of creating a seriously large company.
What you'll be doing
Joining a team of 10 driven professionals and building the business from the ground up
Сrafting beautiful and performant consumer facing experiences
Owning the product roadmap
Managing delivery process with the development team
Conducting user research, data analysis and market research to identify best practices and shape hypotheses on how best to address these requirements
Developing proposed user journeys and final designs with the help of design/UX and development resource (or alone if skills and inclinations allow)
Collating results and learnings and disseminate through the organization

Experience of developing an iconic, extraordinary consumer-facing product
Involvement in setting up and/or running a product development process in the business
Unconventional approach to solving hard user problems
Edge in terms of design conventions and artistic trends
Data- and hypothesis focus
Familiar with data analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.)
Familiar with the product development toolkit (Trello, Figma)
