  • ₤22000 - ₤30000 per year

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scaleup in a new role with fast progression. As People & Operations Associate, you'll be central to optimising and developing people processes that can support our further growth. You'll also be working directly with the Director of People & Operations, helping her to set up a new function, thus setting the tone of our culture and ensuring we are a supportive and inclusive workplace -- and continue to be one as we realise our ambitious growth plans.

We’re looking for someone with great communication skills and the ability to build relationships. You'll be organised, efficient, and willing to learn, and excited to grow with the role. You can work part time or full time, remotely or based in our offices in London from November (we are all working remotely at the moment). You’ll report directly to the Director of People & Operations and have lots of exposure to the full leadership team, including the Founders. Experience in a similar role or company will be considered, but is not necessary.

About Movemeon

We’re a fast-growing, tech-enabled, London-based company. We were founded with the simple aim of making discovering great jobs and great candidates easier.

Today, Movemeon is used by some 50,000 strategic and commercial professionals and 4,000 businesses (from the likes of Sky, Amazon and GSK to early-stage, VC-backed startups) in 100+ countries.

Despite all the conditions of the surrounding coronavirus pandemic, we managed to grow the business in 2020 (both in terms of revenue and team members) - an achievement of which we’re extremely proud, and which is in stark contrast to the rest of the industry. This role would suit someone looking to join a disruptive player in the recruitment industry within a supportive, inclusive and fun environment.
