    About the role

    Reporting to the CEO, you will be a doer, a real allrounder who likes to multitask and just get things done.

    This is an opportunity for a driven, self-starter who wants to be part of shaping the world and inspiring a new generation of luxury, sustainable fashion and lifestyle advocates and enthusiast.

    As the Executive Assistant Intern to the CEO you will get hands on and ensure that every interaction with our clients, potential future suppliers and top luxury partners runs smoothly. You are the face and brand ambassador of the office of the CEO and CERLCE and will communicate with our investors from time to time, potential candidates and anyone who is interested in CERLCE.


    Your role

    • Extensive diary management for CEO including scheduling internal and external meetings (both in-person and video calls), ensuring that full details are managed end-to-end

    • Attend meetings and create action reports

    • Track and file client and partner information

    • Book business travel and accommodation, visas, meeting rooms, catering, restaurants etc. creating a logical itiner- ary based on CEO’s availability

    • Create comprehensive meeting notes for CEO

    • Complete expense claims and support on CEO"s personal accounts

    • Draft and finalise contracts for speaking arrangements

    • Support the CERCLE team at client or partner events as and when needed


    What you bring

    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
    • Ability to use initiative and solve problems creatively

    • Professional, patient, and caring approach at all times

    • Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise effectively

    • Excellent spoken and written English. Candidates with additional languages would be ideal, but not expected as requirement
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to create presentations

    • Team player, self-starter and willing to take the initiative

    • Comfortable in a fast paced and busy environment
