We are fronted by two directors, one from recruitment of data professionals (core business) and the other from managing data projects.
We are based in UK but we operate in other European countries like Italy and Switzerland.
We have a good traction with Talents (Engineers, Data Scientists and Software Architects) thanks to a number of strategic partnerships in place with top software houses and data providers, we are now aiming to develop a Clients network and we need someone with Recruitment Experience who can help us growing the existing Clients base portfolio.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with excellent communication skills and good sales track records keen to join our team as Business Development specialist.
The individual will be predominantly focused on client acquisition through the various sales channels available, therefore we are looking with someone who understands the market (ideally tech but open to others related)and knows how to reach and engage with the relevant decision makers.

Maximum autonomy, no micro-management and KPIs for sales monitoring only.

This is a COMMISSION ONLY role to start (min 30% no cap), the package will be revised after 6 months.
