About the role:

As Head of Content (B2B), you will be responsible for designing, owning, and delivering our content strategy to educate and inspire key decision-makers across SME and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own and deliver the content strategy aimed at key decision-makers within SME and Enterprise businesses
  • Use content as a lever to drive growth all the way through the customer journey (acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, referral)
  • Hire and manage a team of (in-house/freelance/agency) copywriters, designers, social media managers, community managers, event managers, PR consultants & SEO experts
  • Report directly to the CEO and work cross functionally with rest of sales, marketing and product to ensure cohesion of communication and a great customer experience
  • Own reporting, measurement and quantitative analysis of content performance

 

Requirements

  • 4 years+ strong experience selling software or services to SME and Enterprise customers, preferably to Heads of HR and Operations roles as decision-makers
  • Strong passion for creating best-in-class content to educate and inspire
  • Deep understanding about content as a key driver for B2B customer acquisition and conversion
  • Cross-channel experience across SEO, social media, traditional sales, PR, events, ABM and CRM
  • Empathetic management style and experience hiring & managing a team of full-time, part-time, freelance and agency team members
  • Strong experience at a B2B scaleup with a self-starter approach to solving problems with a variety of different technologies and tools
  • Data-driven, with a mindset to continuously improve, measure and test
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable, in a fast-paced, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment
