Business Development Representative at Commusoft

Commusoft is a fast-moving, fast-growing technology company providing desktop and mobile software to field service companies across the UK and US. Our B2B software is currently used by over a thousand companies and by tens of thousands of individual users every day - but we are looking for more.

Based in our Central London head office, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing sales team and help contribute by generating more leads and opportunities for the team.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience prospecting through different channels
  • Has a proven track record of generating new leads and hitting targets
  • Has a passion for outbound sales, and doesn’t mind picking up the phone to new prospects
  • Can build relationships on the spot as well as relate and communicate well with the prospect, on email and over the phone
  • Has a strong work ethic and is proactive enough to constantly be busy
  • Is curious in their questioning and eager to learn
  • Has the ability to get behind a product and be passionate about its effect on the buyer
  • Is highly self-motivated and always pushing to exceed targets

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients through different channels at high volume
  • Developing and testing outbound approaches
  • Managing a lead database in an efficient and proactive manner
  • Arranging and booking online demonstrations for the Account Executives
  • Reporting to the sales manager daily on lead activity
  • Actively targeting key accounts
  • Hitting daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs based on general activity, demo’s booked and demo’s complete

 

Requirements:

  • Has at least 1+ years of experience working in sales, ideally for a Saas company
  • Has a proven record of consistently hitting targets/expectations
  • Be highly organised with a passion for new and exciting technology
  • Be confident in selling and handling objections over the phone and in-person
  • Have excellent spoken and written English

 

It would be useful if:

  • You have experience using HubSpot CRM
  • You have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You have knowledge of the field service industry
