This has resulted in more than 90,000 candidates being connected to 3,000 of the most exciting companies in the UK, including the likes of Monzo, Bulb, Starling Bank and Goodlord, to name a few.

The team has grown from 3 to 40 and we’ve attracted more than £8m of investment from high-calibre investors including The Adecco Group, Hambro Perks, Chris Bruce and Michael Whitfield (Thomson Online Benefits).

Requirements

We’re on the hunt for a Relationship Executive to join us in Retaining and Growing our employer base - some of the UK’s most exciting + disruptive startups scaling their CS and Commercial teams.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Building and nurturing meaningful relationships with our employers (Inc. the likes of Starling Bank, Bulb, Marshmallow). Working closely with our Client Success team, to ensure positive outcomes and value realisation for our employers.
  • Taking ownership of your own pipeline for growth and re-engagement opportunities - you’ll be networking with stakeholders at all levels, employing various outreach and BD activities to boost engagement and expand our reach with employers.
  • Support the evolution and execution of our Relationship Management framework, inc. our engagement model, journey reviews, strategic account mapping - and other tools to maximise engagement potential, employer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other departments (Sales, Product, HR, Marketing, Tech) - to get involved with exciting projects, like our ‘Shape Up’ product development process, discovering insights for employer case studies and creating impactful content for our employers..

You’ll be great for this role if you:

Have commercial experience

  • You should ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial/customer facing role and comfortable working with targets! Preferably within another B2B startup/scaleup. (Although this isn’t essential, for the right person).

Passionate about startups

  • You’ll spend all your time speaking with startups and scaleups so we’re looking for someone who cares about the space. You should be curious, solutions orientated and want to cultivate your own brand/presence within this sphere..

You’re a natural at networking

  • You get your energy from interacting with people, both internally and externally. You don’t shy away from face-to-face conversations - you’re keen to make the right impression and build up your reputation as a source of knowledge for hiring and scaling strategy.

  • You thrive in an environment that offers real autonomy for you to set direction on your work and directly impact the wider business.
