    A passionate driven individual who is eager to work on products from the ground up and welcomes the grind and challenges faced with all early-stage startups. Ideally, you have a passion for pubs and knowledge of use cases.

    The Opportunity and role

    You must have a love and passion for:

    Marketing Objectives and key responsibilities 

    To build a robust content creation and growth hacking strategy for our London soft launch. 
    Develop and implement our content marketing and messaging strategy across all our channels,
    Create, set and plan social media and communication campaigns to engage with pubs and their consumers. 
    Produce engaging content for the London community across blog, social channels, and marketing emails,
    Collaborate with influencers within the pub space 
    Provide support to users during the onboarding process, ensuring they experience success upfront,
    Support our product development team by writing content for our pub testing groups
    Implement a messaging strategy across the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through to product communications
    Optimize blog posts around high impact keywords
    Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists
    Monitor, track, and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns with the view to optimise towards objectives
    Support our customer development team with ongoing customer insights
    Measure content performance and report on traffic, conversions, SEO, etc

    Other responsibilities will include:

    Developing a lifecycle marketing strategy to drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across all channels (including PPC, SEO, email, ABM, social, PR, and events) and launch SaaS applications
    Collaborating across departments and functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
    Creating and evolving an account-based marketing strategy designed to resonate with potential high-value leads and help exceed set MRR targets
    Building a social marketing strategy to enhance pubmates social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
    Optimising our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
    Taking full ownership of our events marketing strategy and identifying new opportunities to develop an awareness
    Regular reporting against defined KPI’s to highlight the effectiveness of all campaigns against business goals.
    Line management and professional development of team members
    Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and agencies

    Requirements 

    You are hands-on, reliable, and don't mind getting your hands dirty—we can trust you to get the job done (we don't want to micro-manage!)
    You've got to love pubs, and want to play your part getting the pubs moving again
    Proven work experience as a community manager, sales or related marketing role with love for creating communities.
    Excellent verbal communication, sales and creative writing skills.
    Understanding of the basics of ASO and SEO
    Understanding of social media management platforms buffer, falcon.io or sprout social. 
    Experience with data analytics tools such as GA, AppDynamics and Mixpanel
