We’re looking for a talented and ambitious marketeer to join our team. You should be creative, with a hands-on approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. The Bagboard team are sustainably minded, passionate about purpose-driven business and fundamentally believe in the power of collective action to drive change. 

Here are some things we’ll need you to do - but we care about your attitude as much as your experience. We’re building something completely new, so the right candidate should feel empowered to learn and grow with us as our journey unfolds:


What you’ll be doing: 


  • Growing our consumer network
    • Leading the creation and implementation of data-led mobile app acquisition strategies, optimising every part of the sales funnel
    • Targeting both consumers and potential brand partners in London by identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid and unpaid), partnerships, influencers and affiliates, SEO, content, email and more


  • Driving consumer behaviors in the platform 
      • Improving our understanding of the Bagboard consumer through our conversion funnel, consumer feedback, product testing and more
      • Working closely with the tech team to nurture key consumer behaviours within the app and develop test-and-learn approaches to improve the app experience and conversion rates

  • Building a relationship between our brand and consumer networks
    • Collaborating with operational teams to support the offline distribution of smart bags and conversion channels
    • Supporting the brands featured on the platform with setting campaign targets, promoting Bagboard as part of their partnership and working with the sales and tech team to provide analytics post campaign 

What you’ll have:


  • An understanding of managing marketing budgets in a multi-channel environment, ideally proficient working with every day marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe creative suite, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, Monday, Google Ads, Leadpages, etc. (* “note, you don’t need to know all / these exact platforms — we know that knowledge of these are very transferable)
  • Proven experience driving growth through digital acquisition channels,  data-led marketing strategies, mobile app acquisition and using web analytics tools
  • A confidence to push us to trial creative new methods for raising awareness of the brand and acquiring new users and brand partners
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills and are able to make the best out of partner relationships, both internally and externally
  • Self-starter attitude with great leadership skills and the ability to empower others to think outside the box
