LandlordInvest (www.landlordinvest.com) is an online peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace which matches professional property investors looking for financing with investors that are looking to invest in asset-backed products with a monthly income. We also offer an property-backed Innovative Finance ISA and was the first platform in the UK to do so.
We’ve enabled borrowers to access over £12.5m in property finance and investors to earn over £1.2m in interest - with zero capital loss to date.
Unlike many P2P platforms we are in the black and on track for a profitable 2021.
The founding team are experts in their relative finance and technology disciplines, with the financiers having been responsible for managing substantial investments in previous roles, including multi million real estate developments, and investments in private and public companies.
We are backed by established shareholders from investment banking, asset management and property investment industries. You will have full access to and support from them.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are an approved ISA manager.
To support our next stage of growth we are looking for a smart, motivated and experienced finance professional to develop and manage relationships with a wide range of institutional lending partners.
We have to date relied on retail investors for funding (HNW and sophisticated) but due to significant interest from institutional investors, we are looking to broaden the lending platform’s financing sources.
The successful candidate will manage existing relationships while identifying and creating new ones, working with LandlordInvest senior management where necessary.
You have 4-5 years of experience in a finance relationship management role. You possess a strong work ethic, are able to structure your own result-oriented work without micro-management, and are proud of the strong integrity you bring to the role.
You are comfortable dealing with all senior decision makers from banks to family offices and can explain LandlordInvest’s proposition intelligently and enthusiastically.
You benefit from (but are not required to have) previous capital raising experience and an understanding of structuring private debt securities.
You are comfortable working remotely but can also make a practical commute to London for face-to-face company and partner meetings.
£40,000 base salary + commission. Generous equity is available to the right candidate after a successful trial period.
