Role Opportunities

This role also offers a competitive profit share scheme based on net advertising revenue per managed client account after a probationary period. 

There is also an opportunity to manage other staff and be part of the recruitment of the media buying and account strategy team.

Desirable skills we are looking for: 

  • Proficiency in Helium10 or any other Amazon keyword tool. Other softwares would also be considered.
  • Proficiency and understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. 
  • Amazon or Helium10 certification.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Excel ie. formulas, functions, VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables.
  • Experience in-house or agency side with extensive knowledge.

  • Ambitious & motivated: we are looking for individuals who are ambitious and want to hold senior positions in the short term and have a financially driven mindset. Keyword research: support team in researching search terms using tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, AMZ suggestion expander to find and analyse data around search behaviour on Amazon.
  • Product and competitor research: research clients’ products and the competitors' price points, deals they run, how often they run promotions, what products they are creating, how many reviews they have and other intelligence and insights to help our clients strategy development.
  • Building reports: assist management in retrieving data from multiple data sources, cleaning, storing and analysing data to help inform decisions about how to effectively market products, optimise sales.
  • Customer support & account management: working with management to deal with requests and communications with clients via email and phone.
  • Calendar management: booking diary appointments and confirming booked appointments with clients and prospects.
  • Business development: supporting lead generation and managing enquiries from potential clients via Linkedin, email and other channels.

Role requirements

  • Handle the creation of large keyword lists and conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Amazon Keyword extensions, Google Trends acoss.
  • Understanding the relationship between PPC and SEO, social, and other in-platform traffic.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance on Amazon.
  • Communication to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the Amazon and online shopping space.
  • Create SOPs for key processes within the agency.
  • Create, develop and manage outreach campaigns to prospects, monitor campaign metrics such as open rate and response rates, analyse campaign performance and implement A/B strategies to improve results.
  • Book appointments for and on behalf of senior management, confirm appointments with prospects and clients.
  • Take minutes during client meetings and support line manager on action distribution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline preferred
  • A strong financial / analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing our marketing mix
