    Hours: Full-Time (Mon – Fri: 9am - 6pm with occasional weekend and late night / early morning work required)

    Job Description: 
    We are currently hiring a Growth Hacker who will be responsible for executing effective marketing campaigns that will drive engagement, brand awareness and conversions of our meal kits. This is a cross-functional role that will involve you working closely with the marketing team, sales team and technology team to design and launch campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels.

    Responsibilities: 
    Design, developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing and brand partnerships to drive traffic to digital channels

    Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, and other distribution channels

    Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenue growth

    Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

    Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand

    Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)

    Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels

    Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present results

    Work closely with the marketing team to identify areas for growth

    Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

    Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research

    Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

    Identify industry trends and insights 

    Requirements:
    Fluent in English

    Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth Hacker for 3 years

    A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields is a bonus

    Excellent analytical skills

    Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.

    Outstanding problem-solving skills

    Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools            

    In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates

    Salary:
    £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
