  • As a Junior Sales Development Representative, your role is to start the Sales process for our Sales team through outbound engagement with prospects. You'll fast track the value of GoSquared for prospects with the goal of helping to move them onto the next step of the Sales process. You'll master the elevator pitch and build the fundamental skills to help set you up for a successful commercial career.

    This is a really important role. You'll be the first introduction to GoSquared's brand for thousands of business. As such you'll be someone that takes pride in all aspects of presentation and your ability to communicate.

    What you’ll be doing on the team:

    • Creating and prioritising outreach lists with the Sales team.
    • Generating new business opportunities through video outreach, calling, email, and social
    • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our GoSquared's product and value.
    • Becoming an expert on our market and competitors.
    • Participating and contribute to weekly Growth Syncs


    By month 1 you will

    • Be comfortable with GoSquared's platform and the value it offers to it's ICP.
    • Have an understanding and awareness of how GoSquared's is positioned in the market.
    • Understand how to use the tools for your outreach campaigns (CRM, Video Outreach, Social )
    • Successfully started your first outreach campaign and booked your first meetings.

    By month 3 you'll

    • Be well versed in GoSquared's features and benefits.
    • Be comfortable handling and overcoming objections
    • Developing and iterating your own outreach campaigns.
    • Comfortably hitting your initial targets

    By month 6 you'll

    • Be self sufficient and autonomously running your own outreach campaigns.
    • Be an expert in GoSquared's platform and the market place.
    • Be starting to undertake your own product demonstrations
    • Be comfortably hitting your targets.
