    The role

    As Finance and Operations Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our business, from managing Finance to HR and administrative systems.

    You will be responsible for:


    • Processing monthly invoices for suppliers and reimbursement of team expenses
    • Monthly bank reconciliation
    • Creating and issuing invoices to members and external parties
    • Maintaining and managing the company’s databases, for suppliers and invoices
    • Ownership of our coworking space management system, including conducting revenue and tenancy occupancy reports for senior leadership


    • Maintain our master database - the company’s single source of truth including details of our growing UK network; from company information to meeting notes and follow-ups
    • Collating and coordinating weekly and monthly summary slides for company-wide team meetings between London and Hong Kong
    • Assisting with HR and other administrative tasks

    Events and Research

    • Event coordination - assistance with events, from planning and organisation right down to execution including content creation, liaising with speakers and VIPs, distributing invitations to guests, managing RSVPs and other event logistics
    • Startups research - ongoing research into cutting edge startups in UK and Europe within fashion and food industries for potential incubation and investment through various platforms and databases (Crunchbase, Pitchbook), outreach and arranging meetings with the most promising startups

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2 years' experience in finance and/or operations related-role
    • Excellent organisation, communication and coordination skills, you’ll be liaising with all departments of the business across our London and Hong Kong offices
    • Strong execution of tasks and resolving problems swiftly
    • Ideally some experience in event coordination and support
