    At Pinter/The Greater Good Fresh Brewing Co, Our mission is to make great tasting drinking accessible to as many people as possible and open a new world of Fresh Beer for all. We are rapidly growing as a business and are looking to grow even more within our Walthamstow facility.

    We are looking for a subscription marketing guru to own, maintain and grow our Fresh Beer Club. This area of our business is key to our success, so we are looking for someone who is looking to take full ownership and drive results.

    Currently the club consists of over 7,000 of the most engaged members of our Fresh Beer Community and as we enter our second year, we want to continue to rapidly grow this base.

    As we grow as a business, this role will become even more pivotal, so we are looking for someone passionate about customer experience, CRM and who loves delivering results.


    • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and their behaviours.
    • Increase Fresh Beer Club subscribers through acquisition campaigns, working with members of the CRM and Digital Performance teams.
    • Reduce churn rate of Fresh Beer Club members, through implementing new initiatives to keep members engaged, enjoying their membership, and ensuring they understand and are aware of their benefits.
    • Continuously track and analyse performance to understand members’ behaviour, regularly reporting insights back to Head of CRM and making suggestions for improvements and new initiatives.
    • Enhance and optimise Fresh Beer Club offering and experience through our website, as well as the CRM journey.
    • Organise engaging Fresh Collective tasting events for members
    • Regularly report on active, paused, and cancelled members, taking learnings from the insights and making recommendations on how to resume paused members and win back cancelled members.

    Must have:

    • Minimum of 3+ years in a subscription/retention role within a subscription lead brand.
    • A self-starter who is motivated to implement new initiatives to achieve our goals.
    • End-to-end email campaign experience from brief, email build, segmentation through to deployment.
    • Tangible results in subscription role, including growing and retaining subscribers.
    • Experience using an ESP (Klaviyo preferred).
    • Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience.
