Today, rapid technological change and business model innovation have contributed to market shifts that are redefining industries. Combined with economic and market disruptions, these factors have created a perfect storm that’s affecting the value of, the need for and the availability of workforce skills.

The result is a looming global skills & talent shortage, which is becoming one of the greatest threats to organisations today, and is a problem that is increasing in severity as new skills requirements continue to emerge, while other skills become obsolete.

As a result, we are on a mission to build an AI-driven platform that provides organisations with the data & insights they need to become more agile and future-proof their workforce, while at the same time building a more engaged & motivated employee culture.

We're Looking For:

We are still early on in our journey, but are past the "just an idea" stage, and are now looking for a talented & equally motivated Technical Co-founder to join us & help bring our vision to life.

We are looking for an experienced start-up CTO, with stellar technical expertise as a Full-Stack Engineer & Data Scientist, with a particular focus and passion for building solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) models & techniques.

This is a unique opportunity to truly own the technical strategy, architecture and processes with a broad remit for innovation to build something unique from the ground-up. We need someone who will be hands-on initially, but then also able to build & lead a world-class team of engineers & data scientists.
