Head of Growth: Purpose of this Role
We have an extremely strong value proposition that has been extensively validated, resulting in a profitable business in the first year.
Thus having found product/market fit, we now are looking for a Head of Growth that takes over from the CEO & COO, and owns the discovery, identification, and definition of available growth opportunities to complement the sales and partnership team we are currently building out.
Responsible for mapping, instrumenting, and optimizing the entire sales process so the business has complete oversight and control over the entire customer journey.
Define, prioritize and drive the growth strategy based on data insights and experiments so we accelerate our path to Series A and beyond.
What are the outcomes this role will be working towards?
We want to create a customer journey that leaves a warm, fuzzy feeling to everyone that we touch.
To engineer initiatives that increase our customer love for us, lead people to better mental health outcomes, and increase business revenues through sustainable growth.
Acquire new corporate customers, push leads down the sales funnel, reduce churn, and nurture existing customers.
Longer-term, the goal is to solve all our customer, user, and practitioner unmet needs and pains, and have all the customers, users, and practitioners love MYNDUP even more!
Seasoned in previous growth roles, ideally in a B2B sales environment.
Awesome at making data-driven, data-informed, and data-inspired decisions
Fluent in quant and qual data analysis, visualization and BI tools.
Great at instrumenting the funnel and crunching user behavior data to glean valuable insights for the business.
Knows their stuff around customer acquisition channels: SEO, paid ads, email marketing, organic search, social media, etc.
Tasty with A/B & MVT testing tools and methodologies.
Expert in leveraging social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter for growth.
Generally, a bit of a tech geek as well would be handy.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base salary up to £55k, depending on experience and potential impact to the business.
All members of the MYNDUP family can earn commission on any client companies they bring on board.
Quarterly WOW bonus (measured on delivering exceptional service to customers, practitioners, suppliers, colleagues).
Generous equity on offer after a qualifying period.
Opportunity to join a small team on the ground floor and experience the exciting adventure on way to Series A and then onto IPO.
This role is remote, however, have the ability to travel to team meetings in London 2-4 times a month.
Have direct access & mentorship from the CEO & COO.
Awesome free 1-1 weekly sessions with our practitioner community (worth up to £400/hr).
