Chief Marketing Manager Female Health at Hormona

Hormona is a data-driven women’s health company, on a mission to revolutionise women’s health. Our focus is on hormonal health and we are about to launch our new offering helping women take control of their hormones, through an innovative digital hormone check involving AI-driven health tracking and at-home testing devices.

We’re searching for a Chief Marketing Manager that has experience with scaling to join our team of high-performing professionals to drive buzz, excitement and ultimately adoption and engagement for our launch next year.

The right candidate will be responsible for defining, executing and continuously optimizing the marketing strategy and tactics that will drive online purchases as validated through analytics and insights. The individual in this role is highly creative, thinks outside the box and possesses a test and learn mindset. We're building a global company to help as many women as possible, thus it's very important you feel comfortable with growth strategies on a global basis.

This seasoned CMO not only understands current trends but has proven experience raising capital and adapting to change - especially in scaling. As a member of our senior management, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

This is an equity-only position until we have secured next round of investment.


  • Growth mindset and experience in managing B2C go-to-market campaigns, preferably within a high-growth, B2C data driven company
  • Set the growth plans for the next years with weekly KPI's
  • Accelerate the growth of Hormona globally
  • Passionate for crafting compelling and engaging content
  • Work with the CTO to improve conversion rate across the entire digital product spectrum
  • Own the customer lifecycle management process - by running campaigns and working with product teams on features and improvement to drive traffic and sales on our website
  • Manages and directs the roll out of new properties and initiatives focused on generating buzz and excitement
  • Use a data driven approach to always improve the user experience and call to action 
  • Identifies opportunities for and carves out ownership for unique content. Partner with Product and Content teams to define appropriate narrative that will accompany Hormona as it is presented to various audiences.
  • Research and evaluate new growth opportunities for scaling customer acquisition
  • Be the champion of optimisation and testing. Develop testing assumptions, create strategy, lead landing page creation, launch, measurement, and reporting



  • 3+ years of relevant professional online marketing experience with significant B2C marketing experience
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience
  • Experience in email marketing, content marketing and SEO required
  • Has proven results increasing brand/product awareness and customer acquisition
  • The ideal candidate will have experience within the Femtech/Healthtech sector with a core understanding of start up and guerilla marketing strategies 
  • The successful candidate will need to be flexible and agile with a growth hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity
  • You thrive in ambiguity and constant change, and enjoy creating order out of unstructured challenges

Please note startup experience is essential, we don't have any big marketing budget, you need to be creative and use guerrilla marketing strategies.
