- Country opening & development: you will be reporting to our COO and will be responsible for launching Onepilot in the country
- As the first person on the ground representing Onepilot, you will need to have a 360 view and be the first salesperson and operations manager in the country. You will be supported by our Paris HQ to get our first clients & heroes
- You will be responsible for the country P&L and will be in charge of day-to-day steering & strategy
- You will be leading the country team. Initially made of you & an account manager, the country team will be growing as the business grows
- You will be responsible for coordinating all the admin & HR tasks in the country
