    Miri is a performance marketing agency focusing on running User Acquisition campaigns for mobile apps and games in particular, on Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and Google. We enable businesses to grow rapidly by acquiring valuable users through digital advertising. We offer the full service range from creative design, campaign set-up, to ongoing campaign optimisation.

    We’re a collaborative team of 30 creative professionals working with some of the most exciting mobile games and apps out there. We now need our capabilities to match our increasing demand, and we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to work with our growing client base including the likes of King, Jam City, Social Point, Playdots, N3TWORK, and more.

    About the role:

    We are looking for a responsible, analytical and detail-oriented User Acquisition Manager to plan and execute UA campaigns. You will be experienced working with various app categories and game genres as well as managing campaigns across different channels. The role involves managing client relationships and their accounts, producing bespoke creative ideas, fast iterations and enhancing the performance of our UA efforts. You will be involved in growing a team and overseeing the work of other User Acquisition Managers. You will be responsible for the success of our client accounts, helping them scale their campaigns profitably on various channels. We require someone who is highly analytical, loves working in a fast paced, collaborative environment working closely with our other creative teams and clients to develop highly engaging ads that convert.

    Therefore, if you:

    • Ideally are experienced managing User Acquisition campaigns within the gaming and/or app industry 
    • Performance driven, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS 
    • Have a creative mind and enjoy problem solving different ways an app can be promoted
    • Have extensive experience in scaling apps (minimum requirement of 2 years)
    • Have hands-on experience managing Facebook User Acquisition campaigns, with Google, Snapchat and TikTok User Acquisition campaigns 
    • Are experienced in other networks such as Video ad networks or Apple Search Ads as a bonus
    • Love A/B testing anything you can think of
    • Enjoy managing and working directly with clients
    • Would like exposure to the marketing strategies of some of the most interesting games and apps in the market
    • Are able to work autonomously in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
    • Have experience in managing a small team 
    • Are passionate about mobile games

    You’ll be responsible for:

    • Scaling client accounts profitably, driving campaigns to ensure the highest ROI
    • Developing a hypothesis-driven creative testing strategy as a responsibility and experience
    • Managing campaigns and budgets across multiple clients/games
    • Training and mentoring new team members to become expert User Acquisition Managers
    • Working closely with designers and our clients to develop highly engaging ads
    • Planning, launching and managing UA campaigns reporting results to our clients
    • Overseeing and managing user acquisition campaigns on key User Acquisition channels including Facebook and Snapchat
