    We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to join our team at this exciting point in our growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual excited by the idea of scaling a technology business, with responsibility for developing the company’s sales strategy and building a repeatable and scalable sales process that drives logo and revenue growth.

    You will work with the founding team on strategy and vision while rolling up your sleeves to deliver on ambitious targets. The perfect candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of high performance, developing a sales pipeline and closing deals. You should have demonstrated success building a successful sales function and be excited by the idea of solving problems with limited oversight.

    As our Head of Sales you will:

    • Develop both the short- and medium-term sales strategy and manage day-to-day sales operations
    • Implement a repeatable and scalable sales process that drives logo and revenue growth
    • Be accountable for delivering a pipeline of sales, consistently analysing sales metrics, pipeline quality, and deal stage
    • Develop relationships to understand customer needs and collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments 
    • Be involved with hiring and onboarding additional salespeople as we grow
    • Be excited by the prospect of bringing a new product to the market and acquiring new customers.
    • Quickly evaluate the current business, developing an understanding of inploi’s product, its customers, their use of our technologies and how they are currently sold and supported.
    • Be an evangelical sales leader.

     We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Extensive experience building the sales development function in a technology environment
    • A proven track record successfully selling enterprise software solutions 
    • Familiarity working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
    • Demonstrated passion for start-ups and new technology businesses
    • Understanding of how to structure and motivate a sales team
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with customers
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and best practices
    • Extraordinary drive and attention to detail
    • First-class communication skills
    • High integrity and ability to build trust quickly

    Nice to haves:

    • Prior experience in a sales role with an HR technology company
    • Pre-existing relationships with decision-makers of target organisations, with experience engaging with them on business-critical issues
    • Salesforce certified
