  • We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our rapidly growing scale up agency focused in the Salesforce space. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco businesses.     As a Digital Project Manager, you will take the lead in our CRM delivery projects guiding our clients through a digital transformation into becoming a customer-focused organization. Together with a team of passionate consultants you will deliver high-quality and customer-oriented cloud CRM solutions that enable our clients to succeed.

    Experience in CRM is not necessary, however we are looking for project managers who are digital savvy and have completed projects throughout the development life cycle.

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Act as a liaison between consultants, business stakeholders, superusers and development team
    • You will take the lead in CRM implementations projects for our clients
    • During the project, you will be responsible for timing, quality, scope and budget of the project
    • You coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders in the project
    • You document the necessary info related to your projects, and you share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues
    • Creating and managing project plans and roadmaps
    • Monitoring and reviewing project progress and timelines against budget
    • Adjusting schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
    • Managing the day-to-day execution of project implementations
    • Assisting with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project


    Knowledge and experience required

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 4+ year’s work experience
    • Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud certifications would be beneficial but are not necessary
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Close attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle projects, ideally CRM and/or cloud based solutions.
    • You are acquainted with CRM processes or willing to learn
    • Knowledge of one or more CRM tools is desirable
    • Experienced with project management methodologies
    • You have strong communication skills, and you are a team player
    • Results driven and committed to the success of our customers


    Soft Skills required

    • Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups
    • Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
    • Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fast-paced go-live environment
    • A solid understanding of business processes
    • Realism and self-management. Know your own bandwidth, and that of the team in order to be able to set realistic project deadlines and budgets Be prepared to push back
