The Opportunity ⭐️

As a result of our fast growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People Team based in the UK. This role will be vital in helping us source top talent to join the UK team.

Reporting to the People Manager, you will also work alongside our People & Culture Associate. Recruitment will be a responsibility for everyone in the team, but a sole focus for this role. It’s a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of the UK team and help us grow fast. 


What you’ll be doing 🤩 …

  • Supporting the People Manager in sourcing top talent in line with our ambitious hiring plan. 
  • Posting job roles through our Application tracking system (ATS) to go live and posting the role on relevant external sites. 
  • Building a pipeline of talent for current and future hires. You will be sourcing candidates through a variety of platforms and managing the inbound applications. 
  • Screening candidates against the job description and our PayFit values. 
  • Coordination of the recruitment process. For example, finding appropriate time slots for interviews, scheduling the interviews and managing communication with the candidates. 
  • Ensuring that the ATS is kept up to date and clean. 
  • You will be responsible for following the process through to offer, where it will be picked up by our People & Culture Associate. 


We’d love to meet someone with 😍 … 

  • Current experience in internal talent acquisition is preferred but not essential.  
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. 
  • An ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. 
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • The ability to utilise our tools and systems and learn to navigate these quickly. 
  • Experience using Linkedin outreach and an ATS is preferred but not essential. 
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise them effectively.
