    We are a Lookahead Planning Platform… not sure what that is? That’s cool, we are the only one in the world. We are a London based SaaS business that makes awesome software specifically for the teams that manage and construct the rail, road, building and energy projects that shape our world.   

    Our mission is to enable those teams to build their projects more productively by using software to keep everyone on the same page… the right page. In other words, our platform replaces a mountain of spreadsheets, whiteboards, meetings, and busywork that exist on major projects today with delightful, intuitive and powerful experience in Aphex. 

    Our customers are the largest construction contractors in the UK (soon to be Europe with your help 😉) and our awesome users are the project managers, planners, and engineers that coordinate what gets built, how it’s built, and when it’s built. We’re at an exciting stage as a team. Having focused on the UK specifically for the last 2 years as we developed our platform, we have built a leadership position in our space here and are ready to drive growth. 

    The Role 

    This is an opportunity to become the first, non-founder sales representative in the team and join in that sweet spot where we already have runs on the board in the market, but there remains huge numbers of teams not yet living the Aphex dream. 

    We are bottom up Saas and our growth strategy is land and expand, which means that you will be leveraging our existing customers and network, or your own network to build relationships with new customers and nurturing them through free deployments before converting them to paid subscriptions and growing those accounts over time. Because of this, you will have the unique opportunity to benefit from the long-term growth of your established accounts. 

    Beyond the obvious sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to shape the development of the platform that powers projects like HS2 and Thames Tideway and the unlimited potential for professional growth - you will have as much responsibility as you want. 

    We believe in transparency with ourselves and our customers, so here is what we offer; 

    • Base Salary: £50K 
    • Commission Rate: 10% up to target, 15% beyond target 
    • On Target Earnings: £100K 
    • Office: Work from anywhere – we target 3 days per week together in our central London WeWork office
    • Equipment: MacBook Pro + home setup + snazzy T-shirts and hoodies provided
    • Holidays: 25 days
