About You

We’re a small, ambitious and conscientious team – and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking for talented, positive and motivated people who share our values and who will work hard to uphold the Swyft customer experience.

Direct customer service experience (i.e e-commerce or shopfloor retail) isn’t essential but would stand any application in good stead. Either way, you should be confident in working with uncertainty, and be able to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.

It’ll of course be challenging at times, but in return, you’ll get to work with a great team, develop personally, learn fresh skills, and be able to create new opportunities for yourself within the company as we continue to grow.

We’re on an exciting journey, and we’d love to have you join us for the adventure.
