    We are InsideOut, a new, award winning organisation at the forefront of supporting employees in looking after their mental health needs. We are looking for an exceptional Growth Lead to join our expanding team.

    We are not just a mental health platform, we are a workplace wellness movement that is changing the way we view mental fitness at work so that everyone lives a more productive, happier and healthier personal and work life. We provide both early intervention and preventative mental health care solutions to our clients. We are growing fast and are working with many large companies.

    We are seeking a Growth Lead, to strategically and tactically increase our brand awareness and increase our lead generation. We are ambitious and need a driven digital marketing professional to support the business to achieve its next stage of growth. We want to be recognised as the thought leaders in the mental health space and to make InsideOut a household brand name. ​​

    We have big growth plans and are looking for that special someone to join our team who is capable, committed and determined to take InsideOut to the next level. You will need both time and commitment, and the energy and enthusiasm to be hands on supporting our drive for growth. You will be driven by doing what it takes and going the extra mile to get the InsideOut name out there. We are looking for someone who is laser focused on increasing the visibility and credibility of our brand, to lead our digital marketing activities, to support the sales team in hitting their sales targets.

    You will play a vital role in helping companies understand how employee mental wellbeing is key to their success and make sure that InsideOut is the company they use to achieve that success. You will take the lead on communicating our products, promoting InsideOut’s solutions into people-oriented businesses within the UK (and worldwide), managing paid channels and ensuring our social media, marketing campaigns and PR activities provide a ROI where this can be measured. You will be responsible for maximising our thought leadership position by commissioning and creating great content for our diversity of audiences.

    • Design and develop all aspects of our digital marketing activities including our marketing database, email campaigns, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Define the go-to-market and growth strategy for our product for our B2B propositions.
    • Create and execute a social media strategy: create and implement social media marketing activities to increase brand awareness and enhance audience engagement.
    • Take ownership of multiple marketing channels (online and offline), being responsible to scale those channels efficiently across the UK market with a test and learn approach. This will include PPC, email campaigns and SEO.
    • Leading on email marketing, you’ll manage our existing email library, audiences and campaigns and define, execute and optimise the performance of the email channel.
    • Take the lead on Implementing SEO best practices, ensuring our blog and website are searchable and appear at the top of search engine results. 
    • Take the lead on developing content for the website, blog and email campaigns. 
    • Develop and optimise our campaigns through regular A/B testing & CRO (paid and non paid). 
    • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. 
    • Manage budgets and campaigns across digital channels, reporting on ROI. 
    • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
    • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry to make sure we stay head of the curve and are at the forefront of our prospective customer’s minds 
    • Collaborate with our Client Success team to develop client case studies that clearly articulate how InsideOut adds value to our customers and their employees 
    • Coordinate with advertising and media experts / suppliers to improve marketing results.
    • Review all lead generation activity and ensure each lead is qualified. 


    Essential Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience in target-driven digital roles with experience and expertise in most of the following: paid social, paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing and CRM.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
    • Experience of managing and updating website and blog content using HTML and wordpress.
    • Evidence of managing successful B2B lead generation campaigns and success in increasing brand awareness.
    • Significant experience in Google Analytics and other platforms to ensure quality MI on activity is provided to the Executive Team.
    • Able to think outside of the box and come up with innovative, creative new ideas 
    • Hungry to grow Inside Out into a household name and market leader 
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment of growth and change 
    • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.


    Desirable Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
    • Experience of working for a fast-paced start-up or scale-up. 
    • Ability to commission and manage suppliers.
    • An audience-first mindset.
    • Work alongside content creators, writers, illustrators, videographers, web designers and data analysts.
    • Knowing which type of content works on which platforms.
    • Experience in Hubspot/CRM and data analytics.
    • Experience in using social media scheduling tools.
    • Experience in SEO tools and keyword research.
    • Experience using design tools for creating digital content.
    • Experience in blog content creation.
    • Experience of editing videos. 



    • Competitive salary based on experience, with up to £50k salary dependent on experience
