Role Overview

With more and more home sellers using the GetAgent platform, we are looking for an  intelligent and resilient customer service professional to provide an excellent customer experience and support our growth.

One of the ways we help home sellers is connecting them with the best estate agents in their area. Your core role will be to liaise with our customers and assist them with their GetAgent journey; from helping with booking in valuations, support with using our services and providing market information. 


What You'll be doing

  • Contacting Homeowners who have signed up to our service
  • Helping our customers identify the best estate agents for their particular property and request valuations from the agents on their behalf.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers guiding them through the process of putting their property on the market.
  • Most importantly, you will take pride in offering a great customer experience.


What we'll need from you

  • Intelligence - You'll be able to quickly assess a situation and provide suitable suggestions and valuable market insights
  • Resilience - You enjoy the challenge of finding a solution to our customers queries or issues.
  • Personality - You are a people person; you are engaging and have the ability to build an instant rapport with our customers.

Desired/Beneficial Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer support or sales role, ideally telephone-based
  • Experience with objection handling and negotiation
  • Experience/Interest in the UK property Market

    Working Schedule

    5 days per week, with a blend of 09.00-18.00 & 11.00-20.00 shifts; with a requirement to work every other Saturday (in place of one of the weekdays)
