    What we need:

    • You will provide administration support to the Finance and Customer Success Teams with tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries by phone, email and live chat and managing the administration of customer subscriptions and contracts
    • You will need to be flexible to take on adhoc duties to support other team members of the business and must be able to attend our office once a week based in Leamington Spa
    • You will also provide support by training new customers and dealing with incoming support calls and live chat by creating and triaging tickets
    • You will cover for the Finance and Customer Success teams for breaks, holidays and busy offer periods by assisting sales/renewal functions with administrative support
    • You will help set up Enterprise accounts correctly and getting the invoicing right and executing bad and doubtful debt chase up process
    • You will manage some Finance administration tasks such as running reports out of the billing and invoicing platform to ensure customers are setup correctly
    • You will also help with setup of new payment profiles / billing and invoicing platform settings
    • You will help promote effective use of our new systems and, once fully up to speed, providing ad hoc support and training to the team

    About you:

    We are looking for a positive pro-active individual ideally with an interest in property and/or software solutions, to join our growing, friendly and dynamic team.

    The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and further their own technical and financial skills.

    You will have:

    • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    • Able to interact effectively with other teams members
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Passionate about technology
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently without close supervision

    Desirable experience:

    • Experience with working in a technical or software business
    • Knowledge of Stripe and GoCardless payment systems or similar
    • Knowledge of the property industry
    • Experience with working with Quickbooks, Chargebee or similar invoicing/billing platforms
