About the Role
With expansion well underway, we are looking for a new member of our Sales Team. The applicant should be eager to join a growing company providing an opportunity for personal and professional growth. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in creating relationships with our current corporate customers and building relationships with new clients.
The applicant will be well versed in all things sales but capable of collaborating with other departments ensuring customer retention and customer relations develop to the highest standard.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales initiatives
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales initiatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and new customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Communicate with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to access the quality of our company’s relations with them
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Work closely with management, operations and customer service team to ensure clients’ needs are met and able to share their responsibilities with other teams outside the scope of sales
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
A strategic, logical thinker and a creative problem solver
Thoughtful and empathetic, always striving to understand other people’s perspectives and challenges
Business-minded and pragmatic, able to effectively balance competing needs and respond effectively to an ever-changing landscape
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise, commercial awareness
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
A well-spoken individual able to go above and beyond to meet client’s needs
Communicative and collaborative nature
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Former PA experience welcomed
