During the course of the year, you will gain exposure to almost every aspect of setting up and running a business and will finish your time with us feeling confident you can go away and set up a business of your own - that's if you don't want to come back and join us!
In just 24 months, Dropless has grown its revenue 2000% raising a Series A round of £2.5 million in March 2021. This investment means you will be joining at a time of accelerated growth, presenting opportunities to get involved in a variety of exciting aspects - from social media and gorilla marketing to managing and improving profit margins and KPIs, to developing a hiring and training process new starters. You will also gain exposure and contribute heavily to the development of their state-of-the-art app and will also be involved in the raising of their next round of investment. This round of investment will enable successful placements to be invited to return in graduate roles with very exciting prospects.
Directly manage 20 Dropless ground operatives and technicians
Manage and develop customer service.
Manage and develop KPI's and profit margins.
Other operational admin tasks such as organising payroll.
Manage the supply and demand of staff and workload via close collaboration with the marketing and HR teams.
Opportunities to get involved and take on responsibilities in a wide variety of other parts of the business as mentioned.

Candidates must be happy to commute to our office in Clapham, London.
Monday to Friday, 45-hour work week contract
Breakfast and beers provided daily, although only very rarely at the same time.*
Salary: £16,302 per annum
Discretionary bonus available based on performance
