The Role

You will be part of an entrepreneurial team providing a mix of customer-focused support and training to a global user base. You will take ownership for a portfolio of customers and as a trusted advisor you will provide exceptional support and guidance for the full customer life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and optimising a variety of content for our customers to ensure it meets our best-practice guidelines
  • Building trusted relationships with our customers by delivering an exceptional experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful global projects to our customers on-time
  • Assisting with testing platform changes to ensure all new releases are stable, robust and bug-free
  • Providing real-time, digital support to our global customer-base to ensure issues are recorded and resolved swiftly
  • Helping to train, build our knowledge-bases and digital learning materials to share updates and content with our community

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have excellent written skills and an ability to construct clear and readable sentences and statements
  • Have superb communication skills and be able to build successful relationships with our customers and community
  • Be able to flex and adapt in a fast moving environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Have experience of providing support in a customer focused or facing role
  • Have great IT skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Have experience of being part of a team leading or delivering customer projects

  • Working remotely from home - we do need you to have a quiet area to take customer calls and be available for regular team days in London or Exeter
  • Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit in everything in and work when you are the most productive
