TouchNote is an app designed to help nurture your most important relationships. Our creative platform lets you send custom-made real cards, straight from your phone, to anywhere in the world. We help our members share the everyday, any day. From postcards, greetings cards & prints, to framed photos and much more, we’ve helped send over 15 million cards to 180 countries worldwide.

About the Team

We’re a team of passionate individuals trying to make a difference, bridging the gap between digital and physical. With an office in Shoreditch, you can expect the exposed brick, ping pong table and popcorn machine (of course) but we’re about so much more than that, we take the culture of our team incredibly seriously, and have big ambitions when it comes to what we do and how we do it.

This is a full-time position; Mon - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM based at our London Offices (approx 1-2 days per week).

The role:

We are looking to bring in a highly organised Operations Executive to join our growing Ops Team at a really exciting time here at TouchNote. This will be a wide-ranging role, working closely with the Operation manager across a number of operational projects.

The Operations Executive will support across the supply chain from identifying efficiencies and developing processes to sourcing and managing the physical products from delivery at our DC to going live on the app, including; order management, liaising with suppliers and coordinating with our fulfilment partners.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Strong admin skills
  • Process and Operationally driven.
  • Proficient in excel or google sheets
  • Natural problem solver who thinks outside the box.
  • Passion for supply chain and product selection or curation
  • Experience merchandising / coordinating with suppliers and distribution centres.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and basic modelling
  • Great organisational, prioritisation and planning skills (you’ll need to be really organised in this role!)
  • Worked in a fast paced environment / startup or scale up environment

Nice to haves:

  • Procurement or Buyer admin Experience
  • Familiarity/comfortable with coordinating with suppliers and DC’s
  • Some experience with data visualisation tools
