    What you will be doing:

    Current user numbers and sales are growing faster than ever, resulting in fantastic opportunities arising within the sales and business development division. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, ideally with an interest in property and/or software solutions, to join our growing, friendly and dynamic team.

    Our market-leading solution is disrupting an antiquated industry, democratising the property sector for our community of property investors and developers. Your job role will play a key part in us building on that position by the helping us find prospects who are a great fit.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Building new business opportunities by outbound prospecting through phone and email
    • Qualifying leads and nurturing those relationships, moving them effectively through our sales funnel
    • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic objectives, productivity benchmarks, and KPIs, aimed at driving revenue from new business goals
    • Identifying key contacts within the market, and developing strategies to connect with key personnel
    • When required, supporting attendance to all field marketing events in the U.K.
    • Working closely both with sales and marketing to provide better insight into the success of the marketing activities that are being run

    You will have:

    • 1-2 years experience in business development for technology companies
    • Excellent relationship skills
    • A deep ambition to progress
    • Demonstrated experience working with sales teams to drive revenue growth
    • An enthusiastic, proactive and energetic can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail
    • A passion for technology
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good use of Excel, Word and Outlook
    • The ability to meet tight deadlines

    Desirable experience:

    • Knowledge of working with the property industry
    • Experience in marketing
    • Knowledge of Hubspot
    • Experience with start-up/scale-up technical or SaaS software businesses

    Salary:

    Very competitive OTE
