We're looking for an in-house Recruiter with strong sourcing skills and a passion for building incredible teams, with a focus on tech and product roles. About the role

We are in scale-up mode. We need incredible individuals to join the team, who are excited by our mission. This role will be pivotal in finding, engaging and recruiting high calibre talent across the product and technology spectrum. This is an exciting opportunity to define your outbound strategy, articulate our culture and establish new product teams. You will be a core part of our talent team, working closely with the General Manager and helping to build the company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Defining direct recruitment tactics to source exceptional talent, considering niche tactics like job boards, social promotion, ads, video content, profiling competitors.

  • Executing laser-focused outreach to potential candidates on a daily basis.

  • Creating a high-volume and quality pipeline of candidates across open roles.

  • Defining recruitment KPI's and tracking performance, utilising our ATS (Pinpoint). Adapting and innovating your tactics to source the best talent.

  • Liaising internally with the talent team and hiring managers to facilitate interview process and make successful hires.

About you

  • You'll have 4+ years as a recruiter. Excellent knowledge of sourcing tactics that work and can prove it. Ideally, you have worked in-house and experience with selling a mission to excite candidates.

  • You'll have experience of recruiting across a wide range of product roles. Like Product Designers, Developers, Marketing, Data Science, including junior and senior hires. Plus, experience of streamlined interview strategies and processes that are efficient.

  • You'll be a self-starter and motivated to deliver results. We hope that you will have some start-up experience and know how to hustle to land great talent that can do their dream job.

  • You'll be excited by our mission and keen to learn more about our culture. We are building a team that are relentlessly curious so we expect you to come to any interview armed with questions because we're more than happy to share.
