    Spassio is on a mission to simplify the way people build houses, by providing the best information to find, compare and buy prefab houses. 

    Our platform launched 6 months ago and has experienced solid growth up to date, with over 200 prefab house models listed on our site. 

    We are now looking for a digital marketing expert to join our co-founding team, and play a key role in taking our platform to the next level.

    Job Role:

    Your role will be to design and implement a cross-channel marketing plan which will increase the traffic to our site and maximise conversions. 

    You should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a marketing strategy. You will also need to be very hands-on with implementing the strategy, as you will work independently but with the view of growing a team as the business expands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement SEO, PPC and social strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
    • Translate product strategy into engaging and compelling multimedia content, effectively addressing pain points throughout the buyer’s journey. 
    • Plan, create and implement content across our website, social media accounts and newsletter. Be in charge of the production of digital assets (images, videos, e-book) and timely execution of the content calendar.
    • Use a range of tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Ahrefs to analyse data and optimise conversions.
    • Identify keyword gaps, on-page optimisation opportunities, internal linking systems, and SEO fixes.
    • Troubleshoot website performance issues and propose UX improvements and optimisations.

    Experience & Skills:

    • Previous success in optimising the marketing funnel and increasing lead generation, ideally working on international, multilingual projects.
    • Hands-on experience covering a full range of digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, display and social media.
    • Excellent understanding of SEO principles such as keyword analysis, backlink building, competitor analysis, site audits, etc.
    • Excellent knowledge of paid search tools such as Google Ads, Bing etc. 
    • Familiar with Wordpress and how to enable SEO best practices on the platform.
    • Outstanding creative writing skills, and proven experience of writing content for press releases, blogs, newsletters and social media posts.
    • Excellent command of English. Fluency in French, Spanish or Italian are an advantage.

    Additional Information:

    • Location: location is fully remote. Candidates must be based in the UK or in the EU
    • Equity split depending on skills and overall contribution.
    • Salary will be introduced once an investment has been secured.
