Account Manager - Join a growing construction start-up at Fixed-Fee Placements

    The company

    A leading construction technology company, providing solutions in field site management technology. Software includes diary, snagging, task and warranty management to improve productivity and decision making to deliver construction projects effectively.

    The company is already established in France and looking to accelerate its UK expansion by growing revenue with existing clients, acquiring new clients, exploring new markets and setting up efficient onboarding processes and initiatives.

    The role

    You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts to ensure clients are happy and seeing a return on investment, and onboarding new customers from inbound enquiries. Responsibilities include:

    • Account Managing existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and return on investment
    • Nurturing existing accounts to retain and increase account revenue
    • Onboarding and setting up new customers from existing leads who have enquired
    • Meeting with key accounts to promote the solutions and sell packages
    • Networking with professionals from target sectors, on small to large scale events

    Other/future responsibilities:

    • Taking part in the product innovation process by gathering tangible feedback from clients and users
    • Taking part in the Brand development process by feeding back the head office with market intel and implementing marketing operations

    The package

    • £30,000 – 35,000 starting salary
    • A bonus of up to 15% of salary
    • Company car allowance
    • Phone, Laptop, iPad, Travel expenses, and collaboration tools

    • 25 days holidays, on top of the bank holidays
    • Regular training at the head office in Rennes, France.
