  • We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing scale up agency focused in the Salesforce space. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco businesses.     You will be reporting to the Founder & CEO, the ideal candidate will be a B2B marketing expert with demonstrable experience in planning, implementing and optimising multi-faceted, targeted and results driven marketing campaigns. You will be a key member of the sales and marketing team where you will collaborate closely with sales and alliances to devise marketing plans including budgets and ROI to increase brand awareness and improve our value proposition.

     

    You must be comfortable framing, building and telling stories, with proven experience in communicating and demonstrating value to stakeholders at all levels. You will be open, honest, transparent and relentless in delivering additional value to our small team.

    Main duties and responsibilities

    • Lead generation : You will increase leads through 3rd party providers and lead generation automation tools to maximise our reach and conversion. Manage and track lead campaigns in Salesforce.

    • Content Marketing: You will build out a content calendar, generate creative ideas, engage in social listening to understand breaking industry news/trends, define hashtags, develop and schedule content daily, monitor and continuously optimize to grow followership and engagement over Email, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

    • Sales collateral: You will implement and regularly review collateral to ensure it is kept up-to-date and relevant for the audience. You will work closely with colleagues to build compelling customer stories, resources and case studies. You will research, analyse data to better understand our target audience and generate relevant industry and product points of view to support customer proposal presentations

    • Campaign ideation, delivery and optimisation: You will implement, measure and A/B test structured multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and programs across a variety of market segments and target audiences. To include but not limited to: direct mail, newsletters, video, blogs, white papers, ebooks, paid and earned media.

    • Events: You will collaborate closely with sales and alliances to plan and create virtual (webinars, podcasts) and live thought leading events with new and existing clients, and partners (solo and joint initiatives)

    • Website: You will be responsible for the company website and updates including content and landing pages. You will optimize for search engines and improve user experience through collaboration with freelance designers and copywriters

    • Reporting and insight: You will closely measure, analyse and interpret customer and stakeholder behaviour across all sales and marketing platforms (ie. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Salesforce), apply findings to improve and enhance engagement, service and product offerings. Deliver a weekly report with insights and recommended actions

    • Additional duties as assigned, you will also work with agencies and freelancers where appropriate

     

    You:

    Knowledge and experience required

    • 3+ years hands-on proven experience designing and delivering a wide range of lead-generating B2B campaigns

    • Demonstrable understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

    • Salesforce CRM product and/or service experience is highly advantageous

    • Industry experience in retail, media, high tech, fintech, telco is desirable

    • Hands-on experience designing and building B2B marketing plans and tailoring the message to the target audience for B2B and B2C, experienced with social media

    • Excellent communication, presentation and receptive listening skills, both verbal and written

    • Experience working with lead pipeline, campaign and Salesforce CRM tools (ie.Sales Cloud, Pardot)

    • Strong organisational and time management skills with an unrivaled level of attention to detail

    • An analytic mind, detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast paced environment

    • Demonstrable experience managing and prioritising tasks across multiple concurrent work streams

    • Strong problem solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constant upskilling

    • Experience working with CMS tools, WordPress is preferable

    • Experience working with lead generation tools (ie. LinkedIn, Sprout Social Email, AdWords) and web analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics)

    • Experienced with the Google & Office 365 suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
