We have an opening for a Project Coordinator to join our global team. Your role will be to provide a high level of administration throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with senior management and senior stakeholders to capture and gather requirements.

Responsibilities will be split between project administration duties and those of the Project Coordinator. You will also be responsible for minute taking during meetings and embrace the role of a ‘go-to person’ for the wider team.

As the Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the lead project managers in order to capture key insights. You will support the project managers and help keep them on tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Any understanding of how a project lifecycle works will be of huge benefit.

This role would appeal to an excellent administrator looking to progress into becoming a Project Coordinator, or a Project Manager at the early stages of their career keen to get more training and development.

It would be beneficial to show any prior interest you may have had in Project Coordination/ Management. Any training started/completed, or interest shown in gaining certificates or qualifications i.e. MS Project, Prince 2, PMP, PMI etc

  • Essential Requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to focus on more than one project at a time
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle
  • Good knowledge in Google Spreadsheets/Excel
  • Strong collaboration and team working, as well as the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
