Hello workinstartups!

I created a London based B2B SaaS company. I’ve been running the business for a couple years, built everything from scratch (no cofounder) and bootstrapped the company to £300k ARR. 

I have a small team and an office in east London, and we are well positioned to grow quickly. Target for 2022 is to reach £1million ARR.   

We have a good product which has the potential of becoming a great product: we’re at product market fit with some user avatars and geos, and have the potential to get there relatively quickly with the remaining avatars. And an ambitious roadmap to deliver even more value to customers. 

Being the sole decision maker is inefficient: I can’t properly focus on both tech and user acquisition, while also handling finance and HR. I am therefore looking for a tech business partner who can join me and handle that side of the business enabling me to focus on the rest.

I think we are at that stage where I can offer a de-risked business model and an exciting challenge, and the potential of growing the company into something big!

Here is what I’m looking for:

  • Experienced software engineer with at least 10 years of commercial experience in software development and a high proficiency in Java
  • Strong network in the tech community (you have a couple ex-colleagues who would be good potential recruits as we grow the team)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow skillsets of junior devs

Here is what I can offer:

  • Salary of £45k per annum
  • Sweat equity (% to be discussed)
