    Your Mission

    As a Guider product manager, you will take full ownership of your section of the Guider Product. You will be responsible for every element of the product delivery and management lifecycle including but not limited to; identifying and defining the needs of our customers, defining an impactful product strategy and roadmap to address those needs, providing full support to your engineering team and taking your new products and product enhancements to market.

    You will embrace the mission of becoming a domain expert and will work closely with our UX, support and sales teams to become the authority on the needs and challenges of our customers.


    Your day to day tasks will be

    • Working with customer-facing staff and UX to understand the challenges and needs of our customers.
    • Working with stakeholders across the business to define a product strategy that takes the business forward and addresses customer needs.
    • Working with the rest of the product team to build out and communicate a product roadmap to all stakeholders.
    • Defining detailed solutions alongside the UX team.
    • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders
    • Assessing value, developing cases and prioritising stories, epics and themes to deliver the best possible ROI while ensuring alignment with the wider product strategy and company OKRs.
    • Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories.
    • Manage and monitor existing live products in order to ensure continuity, our products are fully utilised, and that they remain of the highest possible standard.


    • An experienced product manager with a minimum of four years experience applying agile methodologies.
    • Knowledge, and experience of scrum, practising and improving ceremonies.
    • Understand the value of user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Ability to measure and define success with clear goal-setting e.g. OKR’s to help communicate progress across the organisation
    • Experience working with an engineering, QA and team
    • Previous experience with a B2B SaaS / Large enterprises would be great too!
    • A desire to learn and develop new skills.
