About us:

Does creating and being the CEO of the next ASOS/Farfetch/YOOX Net-a-Porter excite you? Our three co-founders have a diverse track record of achievement, an opportunity and ambition to dominate an evolving category with a Total Addressable Market of $7 billion+, and previous experience of helping a similar company from 0 to $100m in sales. Join our founding team and drive the company to being THE leading retail success story of this decade and beyond.

We are creating a revolutionary fashion marketplace. Our MVP build has started, with launch scheduled in the coming weeks, and we have committments to join the platform from 40+ brands with a huge pipeline. A fundraise from leading investors is close to completion. We have a clear roadmap to £300m sales in the coming 3-5 years.

Our Advisory Board have leadership experience from the likes of FarFetch, Asos, Zalando, Ted Baker, etc.

We are also partnering with a leading Silicon Valley software player in our space ($80m raised) which will allow us to scale rapidly.

About you:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in ecommerce, ideally from a leading fashion marketplace (Zalando, ASOS, Farfetch, etc) who has the vision and motivation to build an industry-defining giant. We are also interested in conversations with candidates who have experience at leading tech firms and non-retail marketplaces.

Ideal candidates will:

  • be a self-starter and highly driven, with exceptional team motivational and management skills
  • want to be leading an early-stage start-up and understand what that means
  • have a sound understanding of retail, merchandising, and marketplaces
  • contribute to and implement the company's business planning, launch, and medium and long term strategy plan
  • be responsible for managing a retail environment that meets sales budgets, margin targets, proposed range mix and customer expectations
  • have a degree of fluency in leveraging data, experimentation, and predictive analytics to improve supply chains, increase sales and track consumer behaviour
  • champion the company's mission statement by promoting the desired vision, image, attitude, culture and brand profile
  • have what it takes to build a successful, strongly aligned, best-in-class team
  • be a clear communicator & negotiator with the ability to influence and work well with a variety of stakeholders
  • have strong leadership, management and coaching skills to develop others
  • have experience in an entrepreneurial (or scale-up) environment
  • experience of working with influencers is a bonus

What we can offer:

At the moment this role would be in return for a generous equity stake – amount dependent on previous experience and measured performance. Upon the completion of imminent seed funding round, it will also involve a competitive salary.

Ideally, the candidate will be full-time initially. We are, however, open to some (interim) part-time arrangement until external capital raise has been completed with the expectation to come across full-time.
