Jo (JoinJo.com) is the first digital assistant for small and startup high street businesses; helping retailers, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, salons, market traders, pop-ups and many others to succeed in this rapidly changing world.
We are launching into new high streets, markets and shopping centres most weeks, building industry-wide partnerships across public and private sectors, leading research to understand what it takes to succeed in this market, intelligently repopulating vacant units and nurturing a new generation of high street entrepreneurs on Jo.

The team works remotely and flexibly, suiting the range of individual and family circumstances. In the future, a combination of remote and office based options will be available.
You would design, scale-up and continuously improve the Jo Agency - our capability for helping users implement the ideas they like in Jo.
Jo (JoinJo.com) reimagines the agency model in this market; transforming the economics and impact of supporting small and startup local businesses.
At its core, Jo is about recommending, organising, tracking and implementing actionable ideas such as: produce a regular newsletter, run a Facebook Ad campaign, redesign your window display, launch a loyalty programme, build local collaborations etc.
Jo has 100s of these ideas that can be recommended to any user anytime; each with information about what it is, why it’s important, how to implement it and a ‘more help’ option.
Every ‘more help’ request is an opportunity to offer that user a solution to help them implement the idea; from outsourcing to premium training, and more.
We are looking for someone to design, specify, create, merchandise, promote, fulfil, track and optimise a rapidly expanding range of solutions: helping Jo users to implement the ideas they want ‘more help’ with.
Solutions could be fulfilled in various ways; through referral partners, outsourced to freelancers, using white label tools or developing in-house resources.
There is scope for the right candidate to build a big team here, and have a significant impact on the future of support for small and startup businesses everywhere.
A broad understanding of and interest in the range of products, services and technologies that support small businesses.
Experience defining and productising offerings/solutions for business customers.
Experience building and managing partnerships in a business-to-business role.
Experience working with diverse suppliers and/or teams to deliver solutions for business customers.
Experience working with SME’s or high street businesses would be a bonus.
Experience of CRM, task management and survey systems. Hubspot, Monday, Trello and Alchemer experience would be a bonus.
Experience helping to define and track KPIs and in achieving set targets
