Marketing Manager to Zinc means:
We're looking for a t-shaped Marketer with B2B experience in product and content marketing. This is an opportunity to be a future leader in a fast growing business. This role will be working closely with the co-founder Charlotte.

Your Day To Day 📅
~ Help define the marketing vision and strategy for driving adoption of Zinc.
~ Create and manage a full content calendar, generating different forms of content across social, blog, video and email to drive traffic and engage leads.
~ Work with internal and external partners on product initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive inbound sales enquiries.
~ Develop a process for the production of world class sales material.
~ Positioning and messaging (define and amplify our who, what, why, how).
~ Learn the Zinc customer journey; identify with and incorporate our tone in your comms.
~ Engage in the HR and talent community and content events.
~ Develop KPIs around inbound lead generation and other metrics you deem of value and importance.
Your DNA 🧬
~ B2B marketing experience.
~You’re experienced in creating value propositions and messaging strategies.
~ Driven self-starter that’s able to take the initiative and solve problems.
~ Organisation comes naturally to you, you enjoy clear structure to your work.
~ Empathy and awareness to understand customer needs.
~ Excellent short-form written communication & an ear for picking up Zinc’s brand identity.
~ Experience writing across a broad range of subjects, for a range of digital channels - most importantly, social media and blogs.
~ Strong understanding of SEO and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google keyword planner, SEM Rush, etc).
~ Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment and gets stuck in with tasks involving different teams across the business.
~ High emotional intelligence, understands how to give and receive honest feedback.
