Head of Sales at Wholesale Stealth

The Head of Sales will oversee, build and manage the full operation of wholesale and distribution, being a key part of the management team. 


We are looking for someone to lead our wholesale division into being a leader in the health and wellness space, this is a great opportunity for someone who worked in wholesale before and is passionate about running a business, being entrepreneurial, selling, health and wellness.


The candidate will make sure that the company meet ambitious sales growth targets and will work both strategically and operationally to maintain and continue to build on our wholesale distribution as would be expected for a leader in the industry.


 


The organisation is a startup that specialises in wellness, health and beauty products, operating as a startup conglomerate with a retail arm, wholesale/ distribution arm and an R&D arm, we aim to provide the best service and quality across all of our product offering. We have a portfolio of well established wellness/ CBD brands from all over the world, each leaders in their respected fields in terms of quality and performance, as well as exclusivity with some. Our office is based in Notting Hill, London, and we have a dedicated marketing and PR team,




Main responsibilities will include:



  • Structure the business in terms of logistics, operations and management

  • Analyse Markets and Competition

  • Propose short, mid and long-term strategy for Wholesale Growth

  • Implement the strategy 

  • Build new accounts and drive sales.

  • Developing sell-in and sell-through programs to meet brands’ goals

  • Manage and business development to key accounts such as chain of stores, Department Stores and On Line.

  • Maintain and deepen existing relationships with all major customers

  • Financial management of all wholesale accounts including invoicing, credits and payment review.

  • Full P&L responsibility working with MD to make division profitable

  • Ensure each store meets company merchandising guidelines and staff are well trained and incentivised

  • Contribute on successful PR and Digital Marketing activities

  • Communicate with management to review sales KPIS, marketing, market feedback and propose short and long term strategies to create greater sales volume.

  • Organise, Manage and Develop a Wholesale team, be responsible to recruit new talent into the business as & when needed.

  • Work on finding Agents to support us in Target Regions




Person Requirements:



  • Entrepreneurial.

  • Excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy and outstanding financial acumen

  • Must bring excellent organizational skills

  • Strong connections to sales representatives and agents, specialty and department stores and proven experience selling to big accounts.

  • Understand the product and marketing needs

  • Able to direct an integrated retail marketing effort to support the sell-in and sell-thru objectives

  • A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to "roll up their sleeve”, Hands-on and detail-orientated

  • Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style.

  • Passionate about Wellness, beauty, health and sees the potential of the adaptogen marke

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Have the ability to devise and implement sales strategies for growth of the brand.

  • You must be a natural multi-tasker with excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Has developed and executed tactical sales plans

  • Experience with both UK & International Markets

  • Additional language skills highly desirable

  • Highly customer and results driven, good commercial sense

  • Provide strong leadership, control the flow of information, and foster team spirit.

  • Strong leadership qualities both with customers and employees

  • Sales-oriented and excellent negotiation skills
