Reporting to the Senior People Manager, the People Administrator supports the People Division and the wider organisation, in all HR-related administrative tasks and engagement initiatives.


  • Responsible for the maintenance of our HRIS (Bamboo), ensuring accurate and timely changes to employee information and GDPR compliance.
  • Conducting regular audits of our people data to maintain accuracy, identifying and rectifying any gaps or discrepancies.
  • Maintaining templates and living documents such as the Employee Handbook, Onboarding and Off-boarding pack.
  • Issuing HR related documentation and ensuring its accuracy, including: employee letters, offer letters and employment contracts, and new starter and leaver information.
  • Coordinating all elements of the onboarding and off-boarding process for new starters and leavers.
  • Assisting with the monthly payroll and ensuring any changes are accurately captured and processed.
  • Providing support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the People Division.
  • Ensuring the completion and return of contracts, performance reviews, probationary reviews.
  • Supporting the Senior People Manager with disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Supporting the People Assistant with Employee Engagement activities and company events.

  • Experience in a fast-paced administration role
  • Experience with HR software or other similar/relevant database experience
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of employment laws and practices
