    About the role

    We're looking for a strategic, creative and ambitious Superstar Marketer to join our founding team. Working directly with the CEO, you'll be responsible for devising and executing an effective cross-channel marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation and market penetration across the UK and other territories. This is an opportunity for someone to really shape the marketing strategy and set-up your own team to deliver on this.


    What you’ll be responsible for

    • Planning, developping and executing an effective cross-channel marketing strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure strategy is in line with business and commercial objectives.
    • Taking full responsibility for the acquisition, retention and reactivation of users or customers by devising, implementing and managing a range of data-led acquisition strategies.
    • Creating and managing a full content calendar, generating different forms of content across social, blog, video and email to drive traffic and engage leads.
    • Finding creative ways of building our online presence
    • Defining and manage budgets and KPIs
    • Building a team of diverse and talented individuals to deliver industry-leading marketing
    • Suggesting and implementing different ideas to optimise our acquisition cost
    • Working directly with the founding team, playing an instrumental role in shaping Swimbazaar’s growth strategy.


    What we are looking for

    • Ambitious self starter who is looking for a challenging role where they can move quickly and make an impact
    • Passionate about all elements of marketing, and are as happy dissecting how something performed as feeding back on new creative ideas.
    • Experience creating value propositions and messaging strategies.
    • Experience writing across a broad range of subjects, for a range of digital channels - most importantly, social media and blogs.
    • The know how to analyse data to tell a story, drive campaigns and experiment with growth
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a relevant marketing role
    • Passion for fashion and design will be a nice plus


    What we offer

    • Due to the ongoing pandemic, you will have the option to work remotely and make use of flexible hours, we also have an office for the weekly meetings in Central London;
    • In the first instance, this is an equity-only role, this is a part-time role that can move to full-time once fundraising has taken place (expected within 6 months)
