We are looking for a Client Manager to help us create a delightful client experience – from the first email we sent to potential customers to welcoming them on one of our courses.
Communicating with the clients over email
Customer support, answering questions and onboarding new customers
Updating contracts, generating invoices and sending them out for payment
Emailing new leads, following up on conversations
Community management, helping customers with any requests
Updating CRM and organising pipelines
Admin and reporting
Excellent written English
Process-driven and tech-native
Client-centric and empathic
Familiar with various CRMs
At least 5 years of experience in client management
