We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially-minded full-time B2B Growth Marketer to join our growth team. As B2B Growth Marketer at Eligible, you will be responsible for the development, execution and continuous refinement of our marketing strategy. You will have a flair for creativity as we love to test out new ideas to see what sticks. You will be leading all digital marketing, including SEO / Adwords, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns - ensuring that they’re well-optimised and up-to-date! You will also be involved in content marketing; writing copy and creating content for videos, blogs and events.

Eligible is an innovative fintech startup that helps financial institutions delight, engage and keep their customers forever! Our mission is to replace dated customer service with personalised digital journeys that reflect each customer's needs. 

We have developed the first dedicated retention solution for financial institutions in the mortgage market. Currently we manage over £18BN in mortgages; working with thousands of mortgage advisers and partnering with some of the largest intermediaries and lenders in the market.

  • Data-driven, loves to track and optimise to meet objectives.
  • Experienced in SEO, PPC and email marketing
  • Experienced in a B2B marketing environment, having had direct responsibility for lead-generating marketing campaigns
  • Experienced implementing a B2B content marketing strategy
  • Confident producing content and be a strong copywriter
  • Confident communicator and highly personable
  • Detail obsessed, able to see and measure the impact of sales efforts
  • Able to work on multiple projects quickly and calmly; proactively pushing forward projects, juggling priorities to meet all deadlines
  • A sideways-thinker, thinking outside the box to discover new ideas and perspectives

📝 What are you going to do?

As part of your role, your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Owning the creation of the commercial B2B lead generation strategy.
  • Developing robust segmentation and targeting tactics tailored to the marketing campaign goals and objectives.
  • Reporting on marketing influence and attribution for marketing to inform the wider business on market activity and pivots to marketing campaigns based on market trends.
  • Producing inbound content-lead marketing campaigns (infographics, thought-leadership, webinars- either writing, curating or commissioning where necessary).
  • Identifying additional needs for the marketing team to scale up and improve operations
  • Using expert stakeholder management skills to pull together project teams (sales, research, product and events), align commercial goals and targets, and drive value from the marketing function.

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar B2B role
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
