About the Team

The Global Sales Enablement team enables execution in the Sales teams with strategy, operations,

tools, and training programs. Our team is responsible for driving critical cross-functional enablement

programs that increase revenue and improve global sales team impact. We are looking for an

energetic individual who is ready to dig in and help us create our team’s key initiatives and programs

for sales!

About the Position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be crafting programs that accelerate the growth, overall

effectiveness, and efficiency of our sales teams. This role reports to the Global Director of Sales

Enablement.

In this role, you will own key initiatives and projects, as well as manage existing programs. The role

requires complex decision making and collaboration across multiple organizations within the company.

 

You will:

● Build strong relationships and collaborate with key members of Sales Management, Enablement,

Marketing, and Product teams

● Lead the development, adoption, and maintenance of programs, content and tools to support

programs and scale

● Create engagement strategies tailored to unique initiatives

● Responsible for content creation and enablement sessions for assigned programs

● Lead and support sales enablement initiatives as required to include strategy, planning, and

execution to solve complex challenges

● Collaborate within team to continually enhance the success of enablement programs

● Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting the success of assigned sales enablement

programs, content usage, and sales results

Requirements: 

● Hands-on experience with Sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Highspot, Outreach,

LinkedIn Sales Navigator) preferred

● Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, documentation, and time-management skills

● Project management experience

● Experience in content development and/or instructional design

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially as a presenter; you

need to be compelling, engaging, and captivating

● Innovation: Creates new ideas that generate value, thinks independently; builds support for new

ways through the personal excitement they exhibit; is willing to take risks and persists in the face

of deadlines; hard to discourage

● Results-Oriented: Delivers committed results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; is

focused, disciplined, and self-directed in addressing opportunities that deliver results; acts with a

sense of urgency, embracing high-value stretch over safe goals; holds oneself accountable for

contribution goals

● Collaboration: Cultivates and leverages productive, collaborative relationships to deliver results;

creates constructive dialogue by balancing inquiry and advocacy

● Experience with Solution Engineering or Customer Success Management a plus

● Multi-lingual preferred, but not required: Ability to translate content into other languages for

specific regional audiences (e.g. German, Spanish, Dutch, Mandarin)

● 2+ years of experience in program manager or sales enablement work required
